Introduction:

This course is an entree to human resources management. You will learn and be introduced to the basics of HRM , its functions within a company or an organization and what are the benefits of having an HR department in an organization. During this course we will go together through different task of human resources and all the steps related to each one of them with case studies and small quizzes that will help you practice more what you have learned.

I will be sharing with you my 6 year experience and knowledge of human resources.
